Privacy notice

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email, phone, GSTIN.
• Details of your products so we can search for them: names, module titles, price, official channels.
• When you sign an authorisation: your name, the time, your IP address and a copy of the text you agreed to.
• From public pages: short excerpts of posts that match your products, and the public handles of channels that share them. We do not copy whole channel histories.

Why

To run scans for you, prepare takedown notices you have authorised, bill you, and keep a record of what was done and when.

Who sees it

You see your own data. Our operators see all client data to run the service, and every operator action is logged. We use Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting) and Resend (email) as processors.

How long

We delete scan results for a product 12 months after your subscription ends. Free-scan requests that do not become clients are deleted after 90 days.

Your rights

You can export your data from Settings, and ask us to correct or delete it at prafull.mannewar@gmail.com.
